Chris Roberts is the Chairman of Lynwood and a seasoned Board Director, CEO, and strategic advisor with over 20 years of Board and C-level experience in real estate asset management, technology, and leadership. He has spearheaded transformative growth projects, most notably leading Eltizam Asset Management in the UAE from 50 million AED to over 1.3 billion AED in revenue. Currently, Chris is actively engaged in pioneering smart city initiatives, working on projects globally to explore AI integration in the built environment and city-wide services.
He serves on the boards of several companies across the Middle East and Asia, focusing on the built environment, technology, and AI. Chris’s strategic focus centres on innovation and sustainability, reflecting his commitment to transparent governance and technology-first solutions for impactful, sustainable urban development.
