Ahmed Sabbour serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of Al Ahly Sabbour Developments, a leading developer with a track record of fully integrated projects across Egypt. Regarded as a prominent figure in Egypt’s real estate industry, his visionary leadership has transformed communities into architectural marvels, fostering meaningful connections for future generations.

He honed his skills under the mentorship of the Middle East’s leading real estate trailblazer, Eng Hussein Sabbour. He managed to forge strategic business partnerships with key governmental entities such as the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities.

Driven by an unwavering belief in the power of possibility to cultivate progress, Eng. Ahmed Sabbour embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in 1989, when he co-founded Al Mohandeseen Development and Construction Company, to redefine the real estate and construction landscape in the Egyptian market. His bold leadership and extensive expertise led to the establishment of Al Ahly Sabbour Developments Company in 1994. This venture presented an innovative and forward-thinking approach that challenged industry norms, positioning the company as a beacon of excellence where passion, innovation, and the entrepreneurial spirit intertwine.

In 2003, Eng. Ahmed expanded his reach beyond the local realm and tapped into the UAE market by founding and chairing the Global Information & Technology Education Center (GITEC) in Dubai. He further pursued his expansion goals by establishing and overseeing multi-billion-pound investments in entities, including Al Arabia Real Estate Development Co., Red Sea Resorts Company, LMD, and Continental for Investments.

Committed to elevating Egypt’s global presence, Eng. Ahmed established the Egyptian Junior Business Association and holds memberships in prestigious organizations including the American Society for Civil Engineering (ASCE), the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham), the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, the British Egyptian Business Association (BEBA), the Egyptian Business Association (EBA), the Urban Land Institute, and the Young Presidents’ Organization. Through these affiliations, he remains a substantial contributor to local and international business arenas.in addition to his commitment towards Egypt ; He was nominated in the parliamentary elections and become a member of the Egyptian senate since 2020 till present.

Furthermore, Eng. Ahmed has cultivated strategic alliances with esteemed international and local institutions, such as Harvard University’s Institute for Social and Economic Policy in the Middle East, the Urban Land Institute in the United States, the Young Arab Leaders institutions, and the Management Club in Cairo. Eng. Ahmed Sabbour earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California in 1987.
